* Flexible to Rotational Shifts - 5 days of Rotation. * Knowledge of chat and email process, good email writing and written skills etc
* Handling Chats regarding their Banking related queries.
* Handling Chat queries about the customers Bank account and banking related queries.
* Supporting customers in real-time through chat and email
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Good Typing Skills
