หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Collecting and preparing biological samples for testing, including blood and body fluid.
- Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria.
- Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem-solving.
- Perform routine laboratory testing, evaluate new reagents or controls according to the SOPs.
- Analyze and summarize test results.
- Reporting findings in electronic format to referring physicians and medical specialists, as well as collaborating on patient care.
- Inventorizing laboratory stock and supplies, as well as ordering replenishments.
- Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhering to best practices in medical laboratory sciences and keeping up with advancements in the field.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Medical technology, Science or related field.
- A valid medical laboratory technologist license required.
- At least 1 year experience in the medical or science field will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with the medical quality and safety system (ISO13485 and ISO15189)
- Good communication skills and being able to work as a team.
