Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and highlighting their value.
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Set appointments for our sales team with warm leads and prospects who have shown interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
