Your contribution to something big:
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting an engineering department in the financial and logistics areas. You will have the opportunity to apply your competences and your skills, mainly in the management of the data, and in the production of reports, and in tracking the KPI’s.
Your tasks/ responsibilities:
- Participate in the Annual Operating Plan in the Engineering Department
- in Braga, as well as the quarterly updates in terms of budget and
- financial management;
- Participate in internal meetings with project managers and groups leaders
- within the Engineering Department to plan, track and control of head
- count and budget;
- Process expert for management of costs and resources;
- Implement and update KPI´s, and documentation
- Support department layout and organization decisions;
- Identify problems and risks;
- Ensure the communication with external and internal stakeholders;
- Check the costs debiting to the Business Units;
- Develop tools for Project Office activities;
- Support internal projects;
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in engineering, management, economics or in a related subject with Practical working experience in a similar position;
- Able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment;
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills in intercultural and interdisciplinary context;
- Self-motivated and able to meet goals;
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Target driven self-organization and prioritization;
- English advanced user;
- Conflict management and capability to work under pressure.
