Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Painting: Execute painting projects including interior and exterior surfaces of properties, ensuring good-quality results and adherence to specified color schemes.
Carpentry - simple and basic carpentry may sometimes be required.
Door Maintenence Replacements: Install, repair, or replace door handles, knobs, and locks as needed to maintain proper functioning.
Ceiling Lamps and Lights Replacements: Remove and replace.
Cleanup: maintaining cleanliness after works.
Small Renovation Projects: Perform small renovation projects, which may include repairs or upgrades to enhance the property's aesthetics and functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in painting, drywall repairs, and general maintenance tasks. Carpentry experience will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge and skills in lock changing, door handle replacements, and ceiling lights and lamps replacements.
Familiarity with common maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering good-quality workmanship.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
