Who are you?

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us identify, attract, and hire the best talent to join us. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet those needs.


We are looking for a team player who is curious, open-minded, and eager to explore new ideas and ways of doing things. Someone that isn't afraid to take on new challenges and is willing to step outside of their comfort zone to learn and grow.


Your major responsibilities will be

  • Manage recruitment processes end to end
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize recruitment needs
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent using diverse methods such as social media and sourcing tools
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
  • Use data to identify trends, patterns and insights and lead improvements
  • Maintain the highest level of candidate experience for candidates
  • Owning our social media employer branding
  • Take integral part leading our onboarding process
  • Maternity leave replacement for 6-8 months

Requirements:

Ideally, we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in tech (internal or in an agency)
  • Experience with various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented and creative thinker, with a “can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Hebrew, verbal and written

These would also be nice

  • Experience in hiring in a start-up company
  • LinkedIn and Social Media expert with ability to create HR content
  • Familiar with Comeet
