As a Facility Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that utility equipment is maintained at a high degree of efficiency and reliability, providing supervision and direction to all personnel regarding maintenance process functions, that all necessary systems are in-place and functional for successful maintenance processes (including work order systems, planning & scheduling systems and preventive maintenance systems) and for planning and executing turnarounds and accountable for assigned related duties and functions in the Business Group, which include (but will not be limited to) the following:
1.To direct and supervise all personnel and functions of the maintenance department.
2. To provide leadership in the maintenance functions for turnarounds and shutdowns.
3. To be responsible for project management and project supervision of group operations for its in-house outlets / units and clients projects in an effective and timely manner.
4. To maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
5. To coordinate with existing suppliers, source / find new suppliers for quality supplies, at better rates and control the cost of repairs and maintenance. You should improve material supply arrangements by obtain better credit facilities.
6. To source the required spare parts, items. Maintain the par-stock of the required materials, spare parts in stores, taking into consideration our requirement and availability of respective items in local market.
7. To work as per company policy, health, safety and environmental policies & procedures, within the given guide lines, financial budgets and limits.
8. To attend to all maintenance requests and breakdown, emergency calls based on the urgency of the situation to minimize the loss in business and inconvenience for our customers and staff. You should also take preventive steps to minimize the breakdown time.
9. To arrange transportation for the technicians to reach their respective work site as per their pre-planned schedule for maintenance or to attend to break-down and pick them up after completion of work.
10. To maintain a computerized maintenance management reports for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment’s.
11. To monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
12. To prepare and follow the periodic (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual) preventive / predictive maintenance schedules, checklists and ensure that the work is completed per prescribed schedules.
13. To submit monthly plan and activity report on overall activities and maintenance operations to the management.
14. To prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving life span of equipment’s, machineries operations and solving maintenance-related problems. To be accountable for month end inventories & stock control.
15. To organize, manage, and track progress and costs consistent with management production and scheduling requirements.
To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives, as applicable to the department, to be followed and updated.
All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
In addition to the above, you will responsible to carry-out all other duties given by the Operation Managers and COO related to maintenance work.

Salary: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
