ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible and manage the company compliance practice to conform IEAT, Customs MOC/DFT, DIW regulations and TH government agencies.
- Manage License approval of requests from Authorities from the Thai government in relation to IEAT, Customs, DIW and MOC/DFT.
- Manage any project development/enhancement related with Global Trade Compliance and Global Trade Operations for all Thailand sites.
- Manage all screening process in GTM system
- Corporate with related department to control screening process
- Manage IMS program
- Manage internal compliance audit of all Thailand sites comply with Global Trade Policy and Procedure
- Being Local Trade Compliance coordinator representative
- Foster and promote good working relationship between internal and external department and WD
- Other related job assigned by supervisor/Manager
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree or up in any field
- Minimum 5-7 years related working experience in a high volume and continuous changing manufacturing Environment.
- Experience in Trade compliance regulation at least 5-7 years
- Strong in government relation, Customs (Free Zone), I-EA-T privilege and regulation
- Experience in the hard disk drive environment is an added advantage
PREFERRED:
- Thailand Customs and other related Government Law
- Trade compliance regulation
- Logistics Management
- Competence / awareness to IMS (QMS, EMS and OHSMS), Safety, 6S and others regulation as a company requirement
SKILLS:
- Must be strong in conclusion, presentation and reporting skill.
- Strong Leadership, team player and good cooperation
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Power point, Excel, and Word
