Data Analyst [Greece]


 

Cube RM, a computer software company, is seeking a creative and result-oriented Data Analyst to join its team. As a Data Analyst at Cube RM, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class organizations and help them significantly improve their business operations. You'll be responsible for supporting Cube RM's Revenue Management & Optimization SaaS Suite primarily used by Fortune 500 companies and thousands of users around the world. Cube RM designs and delivers software solutions to enhance commercial excellence, incorporating all the necessary tools ensuring significantly improved business performance, and automated sales strategies with data analysis.

Cube RM is looking for a progessional that has the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret business data, translating it into actionable insights that the organization can use to improve daily business practices. As a data analyst, you must be able to collaborate and work well with everyone on the team and with customers. The company has high growth potential for SaaS offerings, using state of the art software technologies such as Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning to disrupt the $20B market, which creates an excellent opportunity for the candidate's career development.


Responsibilities

  • Perform exploratory data analysis on public tender data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to guide business strategy
  • Use statistical analysis and modeling techniques to derive insights from public tender data on life sciences suppliers, products, buyers, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with delivery, sales, product and other teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights on tender publishers, suppliers, competition, pricing, and other relevant tender data
  • Work also with Sales & Marketing team to develop graphs and insights that can be used as Marketing material
  • Identify and correct data quality issues, anomalies, missing values, and inconsistencies in public tender data; collaborate with tech and product teams to improve overall data quality and products
  • Build SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load public tender data from various sources into databases, data extracts or reports
  • Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI to communicate efficiently the key findings
  • Have a leading role in developing tender insight reports and white-papers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related data science field.
  • Master's degree in data will also be of a great value.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst, approx. for 2-4 years.
  • Experience in pharma/medtech/healthcare will be a huge plus.
  • Tendering exposure remains a wishful addition.
  • Experience working with SQL and complex datasets.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze broad data sets from disparate sources using advanced Excel skills.
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other tools.
  • A business understanding and experience in pharmaceutical, medtech or healthcare industry; experience in public tendering is a big plus
  • Python knowledge is always useful.
  • Familiar with machine learning options is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
