As the IT Intern, you'll be part of our EMEA IT team and will work closely with the Work, Health, and Safety (WHS) manager and Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager (SDM). You’ll also work with the SDMs for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to review the communication process used by the overall EMEA IT department.

How you'll help us.
Based on our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will:
- Assist in developing and (as time permits) implementing the IT communication playbook/roadmap.
- Collaborate with the EMEA IT team on best approaches to interact with internal stakeholders and relevant external partners on various matters, from asking one individual for additional detail to sending company-wide communications.
- Assist with following up on the results of the Employee Engagement surveys stakeholders to receive what information and when. Ensuring that everyone is sufficiently informed while also avoiding overcommunication.
More about you.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication or any other related field.
- You are eligible for an internship in the Netherlands, which means that you are currently enrolled and will be for the entire duration of the internship in a Dutch educational institution, or you are a European citizen enrolled at a university for the duration of the internship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
