Product Manager [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Your new role
The successful candidate will play a key role on the product development and management for local data services in HK wholesale market, from new idea generation, business case formulation to product commercialization.
The main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Understand wholesale Local Data service market with detailed knowledge on IP products and manage the entire product life cycle and new product development process
  • Formulate and execute go-to-market campaigns and implementation plan for new products and services for target segments to achieve revenue targets
  • Liaise with business partners and manage solution vendors to ensure the end-to-end service delivery (provisioning, customer service, billing)
  • Conduct regular product reviews andmarket trend and analysis with insights and action plans
  • Review and develop product servicing logistics flow to enhance customer experience and fasten processing time
  • Provide technical consultancy to sales & marketing teams in developing customized solutions
  • Collaborate with sale teams to formulate and implement marketing campaigns / programs and winning strategies
  • Manage special projects to acquire strategic customers in alignment with business direction

To succeed this role
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, I.T. or related disciplines
  • At least 6-8 years' produ ct marketing experience in ICT industry Experience in product development is a plus
  • Proven track record in wholesale network service field is a must
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
  • An analytical and innovative leader and with strong business acumen and P&L management mindset
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
