About the role: We are growing and looking for an open minded and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front and work alongside our management team as the company expands. For the right candidate there are definite potential growth opportunities within the company.
What we are looking for:
- Management experience with a minimum of 2-3 years
- Lead by example
- Be open minded
- You will be required to have a strong hands-on presence on the floor
- Bring forward new ideas and look for ways to improve the customer experience and workplace
- Demonstrate confidence in decision making with management, staff, suppliers and guests.
- Have experience with scheduling, planning and training
- Outgoing and energetic personality with good customer service
- Hard working and reliable
- Spoken English
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong (Valid HKID)
