1) Manage the whole operations of tool precision.
2) Ensure tooling deadline are achieved.
3) Participate in the contract review meeting.
5) Participate in design review meeting.
6) Oversee and coordinate FA samples approval with the customer.
7) Identify training needs for all subordinates.
8) Determine the application of relevant statistic techniques and identify the parameter, controlled and implement it.
9) Liaise closely with customer and other supporting groups on any matters relating to mold fabrication.
10) Develop and identify new business opportunity and development.
11) Analyse machine utilization, costing and efficiency. Initiate the improvement
program to maximize utilization of machine, manpower and process efficiency.
12) Conduct training needs analysis for employees and propose required training to
ensure employees performance meet the company’s requirements.
13) Conduct yearly performance appraisal for employees
