Our team is looking for online freelancer recruiters in Japan who can help our recruitment/ sourcing team in recruiting Japanese speakers (Native and Non Native) for our agent to senior level vacancies of our BPO Partner companies in some Asian countries.
Qualifications:
- Open to all recruiters and non-recruiters
- Open to all employed and unemployed who are looking for side hustle
- Must be interested, willing to earn and pro-active in getting candidates for different manpower needs of clients for agent to senior level
- With recruitment experience is a PLUS
- Amenable to work from home or anywhere, anytime and with own device such as computer/laptop
- Open to new learnings and flexible
- Willing to work on pure commission-based
- Internet savvy
- Actively using LinkedIn, Facebook, job posting sites and other social media platforms.
Tasks:
- Source candidates for agent to senior level positions (IT and non IT)
- Must prepare job postings based on the job boards and post it on different platform or social media sites to promote the vacancies and attract potential candidates
- Upload resumes/CVs of the candidates to our Applicant Tracking System, Myglit
- Close communication with the candidates for application updates
- Coordinates with the team using Slack app for updates and concerns
