We are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Ecommerce Executive for Amazon Seller Central to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon.com presence, products listings, orders processing and managing shipments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Shipments creation, tracking & updating on Amazon.
· Implement strategies plan to increase organic growth & visibility
· Monitor and optimize product listings on Amazon
· Research and analyze customer reviews to identify trends
· Monitor competitors activity on Amazon
· Develop strategies to Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and other features
· Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
· Manage campaigns in the Amazon Advertising platform
· Communicate with customers via email to resolve issues or answer inquiries
· Stay up to date on new features and changes with the Amazon platform
Requirements:
· Experience managing a store on the Amazon platform
· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques
· Proficient in Excel or other data analysis
· Must be multitasking
